(The Work)
We developed the creative strategy, branding, scripting, and programming for Meta’s first-ever virtual summit series. Each four-hour live broadcast connected thousands of employees across four continents through storytelling, workshops, and performances. The programming featured artists and leaders such as Yara Shahidi, Spike Lee, Serena Williams, Maluma, and Gloria Estefan, alongside Meta teams from around the world.

The Impact
More than 20,000 participants joined the summits across regions, establishing a new tradition of global connection and accountability inside Meta. What began as a pandemic pivot evolved into a multi-year series that continues to shape how the company builds culture and community from within.
